How Long Will a Transport Take?

The Whole Process

When a carrier has been dispatched, we will be sending you an email with details so you can arrange the pickup. When a carrier has been assigned to your vehicle, you will be asked to pay the deposit so the process can move on. You will have to pay the balance once the delivery has been made.

Vehicles that get damaged during the transport are very rare, but there is the possibility. There is a process in place for dealing with that.

The first thing to do in case there is vehicle damage is to make sure that it’s a new one that has been sustained during the transport. It should not be included in the bill of lading. It is important to know that the Department of Transportation does not allow personal belongings inside vehicles that are being shipped. Carriers would usually allow you to store belongings inside the trunk of your vehicle, as long as it does not exceed 100 pounds. But you should keep in mind that those belongings are not going to be insured, so storing them in the trunk during the transport process would be doing so at your own risk.
